Patriots Cove Banquet Dinner & Raffle at Stone Hedge

The Patriots Cove Banquet Dinner and Raffle Fundraiser will be held Saturday, August 22, 2026, at Stone Hedge Golf Course in Tunkhannock, PA. Join us for an evening of camaraderie, great food, and exciting raffle opportunities—all in support of a vital cause.

Your generous participation and sponsorship are instrumental in helping Patriots Cove continue its important mission. This special event brings together our supporters for a delicious meal and access to a spectacular raffle featuring many firearms and high-value items. A beverage bar will also be available for alcoholic drink purchases.

We offer a range of support levels to align with your goals, from individual attendance to high-level corporate sponsorship. 

Sponsorship Highlights

  • Event Sponsor ($5,000): This top-tier level includes a permanent place on our website, recognition in all materials and during the event, main Raffle entry, and 8 complimentary dinner tickets. You will also be entered into a special 1-in-27 chance drawing for a high-value item (TBA).
  • Platinum Sponsor ($2,500): Receive a half-page ad in the event program, company logo display, recognition in all promotional materials, main Raffle entry, the 1-in-27 chance drawing entry, and 4 complimentary dinner tickets.
  • Table Sponsor ($1,000): Sponsor a table for the event. This level includes company recognition and entry into the 1-in-27 chance drawing for a high-value item (TBA).
  • Seat Sponsor ($150): Secure an individual table seat and your first opportunity for high-value raffle items. (Note: Please ensure you are registering under a sponsored table name.)
  • Raffle Prize Donor (Value Varies): Donate a prize and receive recognition as a donor at the event and in the program. Patriots Cove will supply all donors with an in-kind donation letter for tax purposes.

Key Details and Submission

  • Dinner Tickets: Complimentary tickets are included with various sponsorship levels (see details above). Additional seat tickets can be purchased for $150 each, which secures your first ping-pong ball for the main prize drawings.
