Each year, we host fundraisers to support our operations, events, and activities. Our Annual Fish for the Fallen Tournament is a private fundraiser that brings veterans and first responders back to the water for a fun day of fishing and competition. This year, our tournament will be held on Saturday, October 3, 2026, at Patriots Cove in Noxen, PA, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with lunch starting at 11:30 AM and the Memorial beginning at 1 PM.

Veterans and first responders fish in memory of fallen heroes. Sponsored teams include two fishers and a Patriots Cove fishing guide. We provide fishing equipment and meals, as well as access to fish Patriots Cove’s mile-long trout stream. Teams compete for prizes and trophies and enjoy the great outdoors. Teams compete until 3:00 PM and Sponsors and honorees’ families are welcome to attend Award Ceremony and our Memorial Service at 1:00 PM. All the proceeds from the Tournament will support 2026 operations, activities, and events for injured veterans, first responders, and their caregivers at Patriots Cove.

Our Fish For the Fallen Tournament is an opportunity for local businesses and organizations to get an in-depth look at what Patriots Cove offers injured veterans, first responders, and their caregivers. Proceeds will be given to Patriots Cove. Patriots Cove is a non-profit organization in northeastern Pennsylvania that was founded by a military veteran and his spouse to empower other veterans, first responders, and their caregivers to heal and adapt to life after service. The Cove hosts events such as restorative outdoor activities, environmental service projects, and educational events and retreats for Caregivers on an eighteen-acre refuge.
