A Patriots Cove Program for Terminally Ill Veterans

At Patriots Cove, our goal is to give a veteran their last best day, a day filled with dignity, comfort, peace, and meaningful moments. Through our Terminally Ill Veterans Program, we help fulfill final wishes that honor their service, celebrate their story, and bring connection and closure to both the veteran and their family.

This program is for veterans facing a life limiting illness who may not have the resources to create these moments on their own. Whether a wish is simple or deeply personal, we approach every detail with compassion, discretion, and respect.

These wishes are not about extravagance. They are about dignity, togetherness, and making sure no veteran at the end of life feels forgotten while giving families lasting memories of joy, love, and connection.

Who Is Eligible?

This program is available to veterans and service members who meet the following criteria:

Veteran, active-duty service member, or member of the Reserve or National Guard
18 years of age or older
Diagnosed with a terminal or life-limiting illness
Life expectancy of approximately 12 months or less
Able to provide proof of U.S. military service
Lacks the financial resources to fulfill the requested wish independently

Each application is reviewed individually to ensure the program reaches those most in need.
